Introducing Judy McAllister: New FF SCIO Trustee

A warm welcome to Judy McAllister as our newest FF SCIO trustee.

The Findhorn Foundation SCIO (FF SCIO) Board is delighted to welcome Judy McAllister as our newest Trustee - effective November 18, 2025.

Judy has lived and worked in the Findhorn Foundation community for 48 years, working in the Findhorn Foundation (FF Trust) for 43+ years, primarily in Spiritual and Personal Development, but also in Education, the Guest Department, Maintenance, Management etc. She collected many 'hats' including Findhorn Foundation Focaliser (read CEO - 5 years),  New Findhorn Directions Board member (5 years - chair for some of that time), and FF Trust trustee (nearly 10 years). 

Currently Judy is a Findhorn Fellow and a Director of Inner Links (47 year association with the Game of Transformation). She has delivered, at Findhorn and elsewhere, countless workshops and trainings (including: Game of Transformation-related trainings, Co-Creation with Nature, meditation retreats, leadership trainings). Judy served on the Co-Creation Spirituality conference team and was a close associate of Dorothy Maclean with whom she travelled and taught (10+ years) before Dorothy returned to the community in 2009. Judy held focus for Dorothy’s caring circle from then until her passing in 2020 at 100 years of age.

Judy collated & edited Dorothy's book Come Closer.  With two Dutch colleagues she co-authored Earth Fever – Living Consciously with Climate Change. Her own book – Forest Voices – When Nature Speaks was published in 2018.
