‘If you’ve never visited The Park before, the Findhorn Ecovillage Market is the perfect opportunity to come along and visit, support local food producers and artisans and enjoy time in this beautiful place,’ explained Irene Canalis, Events and Outreach Officer at the Findhorn Foundation.
‘The Foundation is committed to creating bonds with the wider community. We want to create a vibrant and lively market, showcasing the amazing produce and crafts that come from the Moray and Highlands region.’
Stall holders are warmly invited to participate with their goods. We value organic, ethical, and natural production methods from local sources, whether they are plant-based, fish, meat, or dairy. All foodstuffs must be grown locally or home made. It will be an inclusive market, so we are looking to cater for all types of dietary requirements. Goods on the craft and artisan stalls should also be home made, created from scratch.
The Findhorn Foundation will provide stalls and all facilities, including parking for stall holders. The market will maintain high standards and all stall holders will need to demonstrate the provenance of their product. Stall holders from the local region within Moray and the Highlands will be welcome.
Stall holders must hold their own documentation, from environmental health and food hygiene certificates to proof of public liability insurance.
