Empower yourself in this immersive experience with Mara Branscombe, a highly regarded yoga and meditation teacher, ceremonialist, and spirit coach. Together you’ll create sacred space for igniting your true essence through the transformative practices of healing yoga, and earth-based rituals deepening your capacity to nurture your well-being and to share your unique gifts with the world consciously and freely.
Since ancient times, the human collective has aligned with the seasons, the elements, the rhythms of the sun, the moon, and the earth as a way to source pure energy and to connect to one’s inner compass.
The mind-body science of yoga, combined with the practice of meditation, breathwork, and the alchemy of earth-based rituals creates a channel that leads to present moment awareness, mind-body-spirit integration, and a wild transformation within.
Join us on an unforgettable 5-day celebration discovering the art of breath, the healing of yoga, the full bodied creative expression of free movement, the transformative powers of soul care practices, and the mindful awareness of meditation.
We will be cultivating a deeper connection to the realm of spirit, the lunar cycle, the 5 elements – with a like-minded community to celebrate the gifts we can share with the world.
We can honour the earth’s dynamic cycles of new emergence, expansion, growth, abundance and harvest. As we attune to the earth’s rhythm, may we take this opportunity to embody a parallel path of healing, connection and deep self love.
Allowing people space and time to ignite their true essence – through ritual, movement, and meditation – will deepen their capacity to share their gifts with the world, consciously and with freedom. My work streams from an earth-centric, inclusive, and spiritual foundation. Each person will have their own unique experience while feeling connected to a positive collective consciousness.
The morning practice will consist of meditation, breathwork and a warming yoga practice. We will close in a journalling/creative writing exercise.
The afternoon session will focus on the integration of the elements, the archetypes, and earth-based rituals to shed old ways of being while activating intuition, healing, and deep transformation within.
Free movement, moving meditation, sharing circles and a restorative yoga practice will also be offered in the afternoon sessions.
Weather permitting, some practices will be held outdoors to connect more fully to the earth’s wisdom.
The gifts of a daily meditation practice will clear the mind of distraction and overwhelm, while tuning into a high octave of peace and calm within.
The yoga sessions will be in alignment with the healing benefits found in earth for grounding, air for purification, fire for transformation, water for fluidity, and ether for spiritual awareness.
The earth-based rituals offered will weave personal and collective healing frequencies through creativity, wonder, expressive movement, journalling, and quiet time spent in nature.
