The Universal Hall is proud to host the second in the series of TEDxFindhorn events. TEDx events have become world-renowned as the place to share inspiring ideas, heart-warming stories, and exciting innovations. A TEDx event is created by local independent organisers who, in the spirit of TED’s mission offer ideas worth spreading. The theme this time will loosely center around Nature and Community. All the inspiring speakers and performers live and work in the local area.
Speakers and Topics:
Mumta Ito: The Rights of Nature.
Lisa Shaw: The Beauty of Ecological Restoration.
Alexander Chapman Campbell: Piano Solo (Interlude)
Alex Walker: Community Development: An Introduction to Spell Casting
Alan Watson-Featherstone: Reforesting the Caledonian Forest
In addition to the live speakers/performers, we will show 2 TED talks on the screen. Please note that the event (including the audience) will be filmed and uploaded to the TEDx website.

This event will be free to attend. (Cafe opens at 6.30 pm)
