Something in the Air (Film)

Friday 10th Jan 2014

Something in the AirIn the months after the heady weeks of May ’68, a group of young Europeans search for a way to continue the revolution believed to be just beginning. This film tells the story of a young man’s artistic awakening in the politically turbulent French student movement. He realises that his interests lie more in the revolutions in music and art, yet he finds himself pulled into ever more dangerous political protests by his radicalized girlfriend. A celebration of that thrilling, evanescent moment in history when young people could feel revolution just within their grasp. Directed By: Olivier Assayas Cert 15, 122 min. In French with subtitles.
