The Journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step – LaoZi
Tapping into the ancient wisdom of Daoism and Chinese Medicine, we will be tangibly engaging with the unnameable mystery that infuses all life and developing a Qi Gong practice to connect into oneness.
Using physical, emotional, mental and spiritual Daoist training methods’ our week will include standing, sitting and lying meditations and movement forms to nurture internal alchemy, together with tea ceremonies, chanting, and connecting with nature.
We will learn how to live in harmony with the cycles and flow of nature, enhancing the cultivation and movement of energy through the body, thereby nourishing our physical and spiritual wellbeing.
This week is suitable for all ages and all fitness levels.
Our quoted prices are fully inclusive of participation in the workshop or event, accommodation in our guest rooms (including towels and linen), all meals and refreshments, and full access to our community facilities like our meditation sanctuaries. Some facilities, like our saunas and hot tub, ask for a donation for use.
