This online group programme offers inner work for challenging times. During the current changes in our lives and in the world, we need tools and practices to support ourselves on our inner journeys, to strengthen our inner resilience, and to stay connected to our own essence.

Inner Work for Challenging Times: Essence Module is an invitation to integrate your spiritual journey into your everyday life. It is based on practices used in the transformational field of the Findhorn Foundation and community. Fifty years of living together and practising the principles of inner listening, co-creation and loving service to the whole has given our community the capacity to hold you with wisdom and deep empathy as you open to new possibilities in your life.

This supportive structure will give you space to open more to your inner wisdom and consciously bring it present in your daily actions, interactions and relationships. The programme will include guided inner work, meditation, journalling, and mindfulness practice.

You will be supported to deepen and expand your inner work, both for your own wellbeing and to be able to make a positive contribution to our world. We hold the vision that the more centred and connected we are on the inside, the more we can benefit our surroundings.

The Essence Module programme will include the following:

  • Four 2-hour sessions of live video conferencing over 4 weeks. Each session will be flexible and emergent, including a brief framing of the session, an introduction of the topic by your facilitator, inner work, participant break-out groups, and a return to the large group for participant sharings and closing remarks.
  • Integration practices during the week.
  • Video recordings of each session will be made available within 48 hours. If you are not able to attend one of the live sessions, you will be able to view the recording at your convenience. You may also review the recording to integrate the content of a particular session more deeply.

The topics of the four sessions are:

  1. Introductions and creating an individual purpose for our time together.
  2. Intuitive Solutions and Angel meditation to gain insight into what helps you achieve your purpose, to see what might get in the way of working with it, and to connect to spiritual support.
  3. Inner Listening: Dorothy Maclean’s Doorway Exercise to deepen your ability to connect with your own inner wisdom.
  4. Deepening our Inner Listening, and identifying next steps.

We will be using Zoom video conferencing to convene our sessions. If you haven’t yet used the platform, we will guide you through the simple technology. Before the first introductory session, we’ll send you the Zoom access information. All you will need is stable internet access and a computer, laptop or tablet. You will be able to join us from wherever you are in the world.

Before you book your place, please take a moment to consider that the Findhorn Foundation is a Charitable Trust. We believe that the benefits of holistic learning should be available to everyone regardless of their financial or life situation, and that the transformational journey is enriched by a diversity of participants.

We recognise that what is affordable for some can be a financial stretch for others and offer a tiered pricing structure. When you book, please select the price that feels appropriate for you.

Pay it Forward Price covers the cost of your workshop and includes a contribution to our bursary fund. This will make participation possible for one or more people who otherwise would not be able to join our transformational work in the world.

Sustainable Price covers the cost of your workshop and helps us to sustain our learning and guest facilities.

Supported Price reflects a partial bursary toward the cost of your workshop and is intended for those with minor financial need.
