This workshop will explore the profound effect music has on us both physically, emotionally and psychologically and how it influences our consciousness.
The vision is to enable the participant to experience how sound and vibration are paths to connect to their deeper self, experience transcendence from music as entertainment towards spiritual enlightenment.

This will be achieved through experiences, listening, games and exercises, sound journeys in nature, meditation, sound healing sessions and the experience of tuning in to the environment.
Our quoted prices are fully inclusive of participation in the workshop or event, accommodation in our guest rooms (including towels and linen), all meals and refreshments, and full access to our community facilities like our meditation sanctuaries. Some facilities, like our saunas and hot tub, ask for a donation for use.
