Connecting with art through meditation and silent visual contemplation, guided art sessions and sharing time. Ample time to relax and spend time alone.
Situated on the west coast of Scotland, Iona is a sacred island known as a historic place of pilgrimage. The retreat takes place at Traigh Bhan, the Findhorn Foundation's retreat house on Iona.
Traigh Bhan offers the opportunity for quiet contemplation, while the island itself - with its views and spectacular coastal scenery - is ideal for long walks of exploration and contact with nature's beauty. The week is open to everyone, independent of his or her belief or background.
