Away from the hustle and bustle of shopping centres and Christmas dinners we take time to go within and nourish our own body and soul. What wants to be born in us in this time of returning light?
We will celebrate winter solstice, prepare a simple delicious Christmas dinner together and there's a possibility of going to mass in the Iona abbey on Christmas Eve. This is a time of inner celebration!
Situated on the west coast of Scotland, Iona is a sacred island known as a historic place of pilgrimage. Traigh Bhan is the Findhorn Foundation's retreat house on this magical island.
Traigh Bhan offers the opportunity for quiet contemplation, while the island itself - with its views and spectacular coastal scenery - is ideal for long walks of exploration and contact with nature's beauty.

Please note that this retreat will run from Wednesday 21st to Wednesday 28th December 2016. Please arrange your travel for arrival and departure on these days.
All retreats cost £545 - £295 according to individual circumstances. This includes 7 nights accommodation (maximum 6 guests) in shared rooms and vegetarian food for shared meals. We ask you to attune to the final amount you pay in £ (GBP Sterling), by cash, debit card or credit card, with our residential custodian, while you are at Traigh Bhan on Iona.
Please pay only your deposit when you make your booking.
