Gill Emslie & Ana Rhodes
The ability to facilitate diversity and build sustainable relationships is at the heart of resilient living in all sectors. Many of us are called by and/or called to facilitate and lead social and environmental change processes and yet we still unconsciously tend to marginalise the tensions and conflicts that arise in our everyday interactions and projects.
Unconscious dynamics of rank and power undermine the synergistic relationship and group interconnections we long for. We will learn to understand and facilitate these dynamics, drawing on Process Work, an awareness based practice, developed by Arnold and Amy Mindell. Process Work is a cross-disciplinary and multi-dimensional, awareness based practice, its philosophical roots draw on systems thinking, Jungian psychology, Taoism and Physics.
