Neil Giddins & Nicola Alan

How can we welcome ourselves and one another into each new stage of our lives? When we find ways to let go of the past with gratitude and step forward with trust, then these times of change become graceful and empowering transitions. In our modern cultures we have forgotten our innate ability to mark the cycles of our lives.

Using song, story, movement, sharing and reflection, working individually, in pairs and in groups, we will build a safe circle of community in which we can honour and heal the thresholds of birth, adolescence, union, elderhood and death. We will allow nature and her rhythms to both nurture and inform us, as we co-create simple, authentic rituals and experience the potency and healing of witnessing within conscious community.

By the end of the workshop you will have tools with which to support yourselves, your families and communities in honouring transitions yet to come.

Tiered price (click here for more information): £1080 / £850 / £710
