TRE® Certified Trainer Trainee
Stress and Trauma Management in Action
Stress, trauma and burnout can have serious physical, psychological and social consequences. Since they affect our body as much as our mind, talking about them or taking medication are often not enough to heal.
This workshop is an introduction to a revolutionary set of exercises called TRE®, Tension and Trauma Releasing Exercises developed by David Berceli. The exercises are easy to learn and surprisingly effective in breaking a state of constant arousal and survival mode, bringing us back to peaceful living. The programme has proven effective with a broad spectrum of stress related problems, from mild to severe.
The workshop is appropriate for people who see a personal need for new healing strategies. It will be highly experiential and requires a commitment to be involved at a personal level. Please ask for our intake form or email Vicki if you are not sure if a group is the best place for you to learn TRE®.
