Javier Rodriguez & Susan Miles
It is impossible to find oneself without any form of relationship. Relationships are present at the very start of our existence as human beings. Our primary relationship shapes the way we see and relate to ourselves and to the world around us. Sometimes relationship dynamics are a great source of support and inspiration, and at other times bring incredible challenges and pain.
This workshop will help us each discover a dreaming pattern, a creative pattern that lies underneath our relationship with others and which makes life and relationship worth living. We will also explore how to facilitate ourselves in relationships, so that we can be mindful and authentic with others in creating healthy and nourishing relationships.
You will be introduced to some basic conceptual models from Process Work, Communication Theory and Transpersonal Psychology while provided with plenty of interactive exercises in the areas of inner and relationship work, role play and paying attention to our bodies.
Tiered price: £1080 / £820 / £670
