Robin Alfred and Kosha Joubert

This is a learning journey for change makers, who wish to realise projects related to resilience and sustainability in their regions, communities or workplaces. The programme is the fruit of collaboration between the Global Ecovillage Network, Transition Town Network, Permaculture Academy, Centre for Human Emergence, Damanhur, Cloughjordan, Findhorn Foundation and The Hub.

The programme is moulded around the archetypal model of The Hero's Journey and will work with participants at three levels; the personal ('I'), the group ('we') and the larger context of sustainability and resilience ('world').

We will work to develop:
  • personal resilience through the development of an integral practice
  • an understanding and experience of resilient group life
  • and skills and tools to meet the world’s needs

You will find more information about the Transition to Resilience Alliance here.

Each module in the series can be attended individually. The first four modules have already been completed.

An excellent location for the programme. This programme will have far reaching results and benefits for humanity.

Seth, Module 1 participant

I found at Transition to Resilience a powerful and inspiring mix of participants and facilitators, an innovative menu of ideas, a true recipe for change. The training and the web of connections is helping me to bring my Call into focus and to journey forward with a better defined sense of purpose.

Mark, Module 1 participant

I got a lot of inspiration for my work as a teacher/facilitator and for my CALL.
