How able are you to communicate your needs freely? Do you get stuck at work because you can't say what you feel needs saying? How easily can you ask for what you need from your family? Is saying No! something you need to practice with your partner, boss or children? Can you give feedback easily to your colleagues? Do you experience being held back in your relationships because of communication problems?

In this 3 day workshop you will discover the reasons why, in certain situations, you find it hard to communicate well. Find the roots of communication patterns that grew from your original parent/child relationship. Examine what you learnt from your parents and why you might find it hard to talk openly and freely today. Develop the skills to have great communication between you, your children, your family and your colleagues all of the time.

It's time to give yourself your true voice, to speak out and say what you need when you need to. Break out from the bonds of feeling trapped by poor communication and come away with a way to express yourself and who you really are.
