Liberation is the permanent evaporation of all sense of a separate self. What remains is silent, spacious presence - the Self, experienced as the tender, peaceful joy of unconditional love.
Using enquiry, dialogue and silence we will explore the reality of the Self, our true nature. We will also practise simple, natural ways of easing the mental, emotional and physical strain of living with a false sense of separation.
This five-day retreat is held in the midst of a dynamic and active community. We will use this combination to explore our relationship to the "elusive obvious", discovering how our search for consciousness, presence and awakeness is unnecessary when we notice what is happening.
Along with times of silence there will be opportunity for dialogue and discussions on the nature of liberation.
We will also explore ways of relieving the mental, emotional and physical consequences - for the body - of living as though separation were real.
Tiered price: £980 / £710 / £550
