Join empowerment coach, author, nutritional specialist and self-love lover Faith Canter for a week of healing the toxicity in our lives. Together we will learn hands on techniques for living a life less toxic in mind, body, home and environment.
Faith will explain in depth the ways that detoxifying in these ways is important, and how it can benefit our own health and that of the planet. We will meditate, play with being in awareness, express gratitude, make our own cosmetics and cleaning products and create a range of healthy, healing fermented foods!
We will also cultivate a more loving relationship with our bodies as we clear away physical, emotional and mental toxins. We will learn why practising self-love heals and how to listen to our bodies and the messages they are giving us. Discover new depths of vibrancy, health and empowerment as you give yourself the gift of detoxifying your life on all levels.
Tiered price: £1110 / £880 / £730
