The Journey from Stress to Creativity in your Work and Life.

Supervision is like the Tardis: small on the outside and infinite when you go through the door! This CPD accredited week is about supervision as a way of being; a way to think deeply and vulnerably about work and career, life and values, our relationships with ourselves, others and our world and how to align ourselves and our work.

You will have plenty of opportunity to receive supervision on everything from relationships with bosses and colleagues to clients and career, and to become acquainted with the Foundation’s transformational environment and way of life.

We will integrate two models that we have been traveling with for forty years: the CLEAR model (contracting, listening, action and reflection/review) and the Hawkins & Shohet seven eyed model of supervision, looking from the perspective of the individual, the customer/client, the practitioner, the team and the organisation. It will help you explore core beliefs, limiting mindsets and reactive patterns, and develop your ‘internal supervisor’ – the compassionate, non-judgmental observer. We will also explore relationship and communication skills and how to manage and engage with ‘gossip’ – original meaning ‘God’s sip’.

Participants will receive a CPD certificate from CSTD London and Findhorn.

Tiered Pricing

Before you book your place, please take a moment to consider that the Findhorn Foundation is a Charitable Trust. We believe that the benefits of holistic learning should be available to everyone regardless of their financial or life situation, and that the transformational journey is enriched by a diversity of participants.

We recognise that what is affordable for some can be a financial stretch for others and offer a tiered pricing structure. When you book, please select the price that feels appropriate for you.

Pay it Forward Price covers the cost of your workshop and includes a contribution to our bursary fund. This will make participation possible for one or more people who otherwise would not be able to join our transformational work in the world.

Sustainable Price covers the cost of your workshop and helps us to sustain our learning and guest facilities.

Supported Price reflects a partial bursary toward the cost of your workshop and is intended for those with minor financial need.

Includes all programme content, 7 nights accommodation, full board and refreshments.

Please note that all our workshops have a Findhorn Foundation community member present either as focaliser or assistant.
