The challenge for the second half of life is to choose between ageing and becoming elderly, or ripening into spiritual elderhood.
If you have already intentionally made that inner shift towards seeking a more fulfilled and meaningful life, join us on an experiential journey into what it means to ripen in mind, body and spirit.
Thresholds and gates are sacred spaces of encounter and universal symbols of life transitions. The invitation is to engage with the tasks and challenges that mark the transition into spiritual elderhood. Grace, curiosity, self-acceptance, equanimity, authenticity, generativity, compassion and gratitude are just a few of the gifts that might emerge along the way.
To enrich our experience, we will tap into the universal wisdom found in cultural anthropology, poetry, music, movement and meditation. Our shared task will be to integrate this perennial wisdom of the sages into contemporary life in our local contexts.
While there is no set age limit this workshop will particularly be of interest to people over the age of 50.
Tiered price: £1000 / £740 / £610
