This course follows any Findhorn Experience Week course.
After a busy programme, or during a busy life, take a pause for refreshment. This is a chance to look after yourself.
This course is designed for relaxing and consciously connecting with oneself. During this week we experience several kinds of meditations, particpate in exercises, and go on some outings together. We play with clay, create stories and also work together in the garden or kitchen - wherever the Foundation needs us.
All these things will help to discover the real you. Just enjoy and relax being at the Findhorn Foundation and absorbing its spirit.
