Saskia Kouwenberg & Nadasree Georgete Gadas

Conflicts... we all have them! They can be about anything. About who does the dishes, which God is The-Real-One, task-division, divorce, torture methods, holiday destination, education, herbs, who started the war ...

Conflicts have a (very) bad reputation and most of us have grown up with the widespread belief that conflicts are 'No-Good'. Alas, conflicts will not go away. More likely they will increase due to individualisation and globalisation. Therefore it does not matter if we have conflicts, it matters how we deal with them.

This workshop has no magic wands on offer, but will explore a rich array of principles, processes and skills that create a bigger chance of outcomes that enrich our own lives and our relationships. We will quarrel, look at conflict styles, dance our feelings, journey, and explore through all we do how we can 'conflict' in more constructive, creative, cooperative and compassionate ways.

Tiered price (click here for more information): £575 / £695 / £925
