Essential Findhorn focalisers

22–28 July 2017
29 July - 4 August 2017

This family programme offers a special focus on how conscious living can be integrated into family life. You and your children will have time together and in your separate peer groups throughout the week. There are opportunities to do tasks together, play and explore together, and get to know other families in the group as well as interact with the Findhorn community. Adults should have a good understanding of English (this is also preferable, although not essential, for the children). The minimum age for children participating in this week is five years old.

An introduction to the essence of the Findhorn Foundation.

The best way to experience this vibrant, international, spiritual community! Enjoy a unique opportunity to participate in an evolving journey of spiritual awakening and sustainable living.

During these seven days you will become part of a multi-generational, inter-cultural group of fellow participants, mutually learning, sharing and supporting each other. Experience the founding principles and daily activities that this dynamic community is based on, and explore how you can enhance your spiritual development and self reflection.

In all our activities we aim to co-create an environment that supports you in deepening your connection with all life. Being here is an invitation to let go of limitations, open to love and be the change you want to see in the world.

The week is full of opportunities for spiritual awakening and transformation through deepening your connection with yourself, others and the world. It will support you to practise inner listening, inspired action and relational presence in the course of community living. Connect with others who seek to engage consciously and creatively, and feel what it is like to be guided by the spirit of life.

As a spiritual centre that acknowledges self help and self growth work as essential aspects of the journey, the Findhorn Foundation offers a supportive environment for self empowerment and personal growth to help you connect with your inner potential.

Experience Week is an invitation to enter this unique transformational field, which supports the personal and spiritual development of every participant. Like many before you, you may find unexpected insights and inspiration showing up in unexpected ways, your senses heightened and the flow of meaningful 'coincidences' increasing. Be open to the magic that unfolds in this life-changing week...

Doing KP Outside the CC In the fields

Amazing. I didn’t realise how much we would explore ‘family’ and just how much ‘work’ I needed and still need to do around this topic.

Join in community life here and experience our daily rhythms and spiritual principles. Four days of the week will include a few hours in one of our service departments: the gardens, kitchens, dining room, homecare or maintenance, giving you many opportunities to experience our practice of love in action and interact with other people in the community.

Experience Week runs at both sites of the Findhorn Foundation, The Park and Cluny Hill. You will have opportunities to visit both sites during the week.

You and your children need to speak and understand English reasonably well.

Experience Week is a rich and active week that asks for participation for most of the day and several evenings. We ask that you come willing to participate fully, to give of yourself and engage with others. Be open to surprise!

Before you book your place, please take a moment to consider that the Findhorn Foundation is a Charitable Trust. We believe that the benefits of holistic learning should be available to everyone regardless of their financial or life situation, and that the transformational journey is enriched by a diversity of participants.

We recognise that what is affordable for some can be a financial stretch for others and offer a tiered pricing structure. When you book, please select the price that feels appropriate for you.

Pay it Forward Price covers the cost of your workshop and includes a contribution to our bursary fund. This will make participation possible for one or more people who otherwise would not be able to join our transformational work in the world.

Sustainable Price covers the cost of your workshop and helps us to sustain our learning and guest facilities.

Supported Price reflects a partial bursary toward the cost of your workshop and is intended for those with minor financial need.
