Conference Office Job

The Findhorn Foundation Conference Office is currently looking for a full time staff member. The position is essentially a project management role that also includes elements of visioning,  brainstorming, communication, coordination and focalisation. Candidates need to be self- motivated, and self-directed. The successful applicant will need strong organisational skills such as scheduling, budgeting, contracting, facilitating meetings, team leadership and so on. And during the conference or event there is a need for clear decision making and decisive action. Computer literacy is essential, but training will be offered as necessary. It’s also important to have a deep understanding of, and resonance with, the Foundation’s personal and planetary transformational  work. This is an important and inspiring role where you will work directly with renowned spiritual teachers and public figures.
