Guidance from Eileen Caddy

Why Are You Here – Doing What You Are Doing?

Are you happy in what you are doing? Do you give thanks daily, hourly, minute by minute for all the wonderful things which are taking place in
your lives and all around you? Do you feel that it is a real privilege to be alive and to be part of the most wonderful changes which are taking place at this time? Do you realise that you are at the spearhead of something tremendous; that every day is a glorious day, filled with the New? There is never a dull moment for those who are awake to what is happening. You can feel it tingling in every atom; there is an inner joy and excitement as
you wait for more and more to unfold. Take time to be still, to go into the silence and find out why you are where you are, why you are doing what you are doing. Dig deep, until you really know. Nothing is by chance.

One of the co-founders of the Findhorn Community, Eileen Caddy, received guidance from the "still, small voice within" and shared it with others in the community for more than 40 years until she passed away in 2006. Today we continue this tradition by printing her guidance - as relevant today as it was when she received it - in the community's weekly newsletter and by sharing it with the wider world by email.
