Just do one thing at a time without any sense of rush or hurry. Remember you can only live one moment at a time, therefore do so and enjoy that moment to the full. You cannot really enjoy life the way it could be enjoyed when you are living under a sense of strain and pressure. Relax, relax and learn to Be and in that state of Being you will find that you will be able to get a tremendous amount done, far more then when you are rushing around being very very busy getting nowhere like a squirrel in a wheel racing round and round without any end in view.
