Guidance from Eileen Caddy

Only Live One Moment at The Time

Never try to look too far ahead and exhaust yourselves in doing so. You can only live one moment at the time. If you try to plan too far ahead you may be very disappointed when things do not work out as you had planned. Many changes can take place in a very short space of time and in your planning you know not what those changes are and cannot account for them. It is best to live fully in the moment and let the future take care of itself and unfold at the right time.

One of the co-founders of the Findhorn Community, Eileen Caddy, received guidance from the "still, small voice within" and shared it with others in the community for more than 40 years until she passed away in 2006. Today we continue this tradition by printing her guidance - as relevant today as it was when she received it - in the community's weekly newsletter and by sharing it with the wider world by email.
