Guidance from Eileen Caddy

Those Seemingly Insignificant Things

It is not the big things in life that make you what you are but all the little things, those seemingly insignificant things like all the minute cells which make up the whole body. It is all the small deeds and actions which make up the real you. Adopt a really constructive attitude towards life and build up the very best from what you see all around you and ignore the rest: give it no life force and it will disappear. Wait upon Me this day in quietness and confidence and know that this day has My blessings. Give constant thanks for this and enter it in peace and joy and bringing peace and joy to all those who cross your path.

One of the co-founders of the Findhorn Community, Eileen Caddy, received guidance from the "still, small voice within" and shared it with others in the community for more than 40 years until she passed away in 2006. Today we continue this tradition by printing her guidance - as relevant today as it was when she received it - in the community's weekly newsletter and by sharing it with the wider world by email.
