Guidance from Eileen Caddy

Fear is the greatest enemy

Banish all fear. Never be drawn into the whirlpool or you will be unable to pull yourselves out of it. Know that all is very, very well and concentrate on all of the best in life. Realise what a truly wonderful life it is and be everlastingly grateful. Be thankful that you are a part of it, and what is more, have an important part to play in it.

The more you concentrate on all the chaos and confusion in the world the more life-force you give it. You are not to do that, for your work is to create peace, harmony and unity. Concentrate on that by filling your hearts with love and more love. You must learn now to banish all criticism and condemnation in your lives, for this stops the love from flowing freely. You must learn to banish all negativity, and you must do it Now if you want to be a part of the answer to the word’s problems and not part of the cause of them.

Can you not see how important your thinking and your attitude are, how the way you live and vibrate helps or hinders all that is going on? Realise that you hold a great responsibility. You know the answers. So watch yourselves and keep your mind stayed on Me.

One of the co-founders of the Findhorn Community, Eileen Caddy, received guidance from the "still, small voice within" and shared it with others in the community for more than 40 years until she passed away in 2006. Today we continue this tradition by printing her guidance - as relevant today as it was when she received it - in the community's weekly newsletter and by sharing it with the wider world by email.
