Canadian born Judy McAllister has been part of the Foundation for more than four decades. Working initially in construction in the Universal Hall she moved on to the Guest Department, Education and Spiritual & Personal Development. Along the way she collected hats labeled Foundation Focaliser, Trustee and Foundation Fellow. Judy worked closely with Dorothy Maclean, running workshops internationally and also collated and edited Dorothy’s early guidance into Come Closer. Intricately woven into the fabric of the Game of Transformation® as a facilitator and trainer, she has run trainings and workshops in numerous countries. Her own book Forest Voices: When Nature Speaks was published in 2018.
Yasko Takahashi is a Japanese-born workshop leader and a Transformation Game® facilitator. She’s lived in the Findhorn community for the past two decades and worked in organic gardens, communications department, and after managing Universal Hall she moved to the workshop design and delivery department and is currently offering both residential and online workshops. Her colourful career also includes graphic and web design, creating community magazines and massage therapy. Her passion is to find beauty in all beings and share them with others through her design, artworks and daily life. She loves working in an international environment and interweaving cultural diversity.
