Welcome to Clearwater

Clearwater is one of the Findhorn Foundation’s newest and most elegant guesthouses situated in a quiet area of The Park. It’s a light and spacious ground-level eco-lodge, with a timber-clad exterior and beautiful bright fuchsia pink beams.

The airy open-plan kitchen, living and dining area is elegantly fitted out with white kitchen units, pine work surfaces and stainless steel extractor hood and appliances. A kitchen peninsula with bar-height chairs in pine and chrome provides an additional breakfast space.

The beautiful pine wood floor gives the rooms a spacious, golden glow, and the comfy sofas and dining table are perfect for relaxing, writing, contemplation and meditation.

All bedrooms are elegantly furnished and each bedroom has its own en-suite shower room.

An environmentally friendly design, Clearwater uses solar thermal panels to produce hot water for the bathrooms and central heating. In addition, some of the solar thermal system controls are powered from photovoltaic panels that heat the hot water via a photovoltaic pump.

Large patio doors and windows make the most of its natural sunny position and outdoor decking with a small garden area and pond. Clearwater is the perfect environment for a retreat and a firm favourite with Findhorn Fellows and international guest speakers over recent years.
