Easter Talks 2018: Freya Secrest and Subtle Energy

April 8, 2018 By Thomas Miller
Freya Secrest

Freya Secrest is a Lorian Association teacher and long time friend of the Findhorn Foundation. She is also an expert in working with non-physical energies (also called subtle energies, since the ways we sense them are more subtle than our physical senses.)

If you have ever felt a strange atmosphere in a room for no apparent reason or sensed an event before it has occurred, you have encountered subtle energies. Knowing how to work with them can be confusing for various reasons. There are many different types of them and they do not follow the same rules as physical things. For this reason, Freya’s emphasis on direct experience and her roots in Incarnational Spirituality, which takes a whole-person approach, are especially helpful.

She will be presenting at the 2018 Findhorn Foundation conference Co-Creative Spirituality: Shaping Our Future with the Unseen Worlds beginning September 22.
