Gill
Emslie Dip. has been a cofounder and director of the Findhorn Consultancy Service since 1998. She has offered trainings in organisational development, leadership skills, executive coaching, team building and staff development to a wide variety of businesses, organisations and communities.
She works internationally
as a consultant, trainer and coach, helping everyone from corporate clients
and small enterprises in Europe to universities
and grassroots organisations in Latin America, where
she has taught conflict facilitation and peace studies.
Gill draws on her
training in Process Orientated Psychology (also
known as Process Work) along with many skills
developed over the last 20 years of living
and working in the Findhorn Foundation Community
and Ecovillage. She supports individuals, organisations
and communities to enhance their leadership capacity,
and embrace change, challenge and conflict as opportunities
for growth. Gill is bilingual and works in both
English and Spanish.
At the Research Society of Process
Orientated Psychology UK (www.rspopuk.com) she delivers programmes in personal and professional
development and is also an associate of the International Institute
for Facilitation and Consensus (www.iifac.org). Here she has worked with staff from the International
Development and Research Unit Canada (IRDC), Oxfam, UNICEF, the Swiss Agency
for Development and Cooperation, the World Food
Programme, and various United Nations departments
based in Geneva.

Ana
Rhodes Castro, a recent addition to the
consultancy team, has extensive training in a variety
of transpersonal psychology disciplines, including
Process Work (www.processwork.org), and has been living and working in the Findhorn
Foundation since 1994.
Originally from Spain, Ana is bilingual, having lived for the last 14 years in Scotland
working in both English and Spanish. She works as
a trainer and consultant in the areas of conflict
resolution, group dynamics, team work, personal and organisational
development and supervision. She has
worked with a diverse range of clients, including
organisations in both the UK and Spain and with grass
roots organisations in Latin America.
Currently she is a member
of the Central Management team of the Findhorn Foundation where she is responsible for the area of Spiritual and Personal Development.
She leads the team that works with internal trainings, conflict facilitation,
supervision and other internal structures which
support the Foundation to function gracefully
and efficiently at an individual and collective
level.
Robin
Alfred BA (Oxon), PGCE, M. Phil (Cantab)
is an organisational consultant, trainer and executive
coach.
Robin worked as
a trainer, educator and social work manager for
15 years in London, before moving to Scotland in
1995 where he founded the Findhorn Consultancy Service.
He has extensive experience of leading and developing
groups and individuals in a variety of settings
including prisons, social work, police forces, communities
and organisations across all sectors – public,
private and voluntary.
His Consultancy Service clients include PricewaterhouseCoopers,
BP, Birmingham City Council, National Children’s
Bureau, Manchester Heart Centre, Equal Exchange
and the National Health Service.
Robin is trained in a wide variety of approaches
to personal and organisational development including:
Appreciative Inquiry, the Frameworks for Change
Coaching Process, Process Work, Spiral Dynamics
and Tools for Corporate Transformation.
Robin is an Associate and Lead Presenter for Olivier
Mythodrama Associates, this work allowing him to
marry his longstanding interest in theatre and improvisation,
with his passion for contributing to the development
of tomorrow’s leaders.
His OMA clients include Nokia, Motorola, INSEAD,
Office for Public Management, Northumbria Water
Authority, HM Revenue and Customs, Institute of
Education, International Atomic Energy Agency, Daimler
Chrysler, Bertelsmann University.
