• Birmingham City Council - A series of workshops to support the practice of the Management Development and Training Team; workshops on improving internal customer relations for the Urban Design Unit; and facilitation of 'Have Your Say on Citizen's Day' event.

• National Children's Bureau - executive coaching and Leadership, Cultural Change and team building for senior staff.

• Outcome Mapping - a participatory process approach to intentional organisational or project design, monitoring and evaluation with a particular focus on assessing behavioural change and qualitative indicators. We have offered trainings in, and practical application of, outcome mapping in Scotland, Germany and Latin America in conjunction with IIFAC (International Institute of Facilitation and Consensus).

• AOPEB - Association of Organisations of Ecological Producers of Bolivia: Facilitating organisational development, conflict facilitation and leadership training with both the central management committee and the coffee producers themselves in urban and rural Bolivia (See article Outreach in Bolivia).
