The Findhorn Consultancy Service supports the transformation of consciousness in business, organisation and communities. Born out of the Findhorn Foundation's experience in creating sustainable community, and its core values of purposeful outer action based on inner listening and cooperation with nature's intelligence, the Consultancy works to develop individuals' strengths and align them with organisational needs, enhancing leadership capacity and the ability to embrace change and challenge as opportunity.
