The Work of Byron Katie® at the Findhorn Foundation with Kathy White

Question your thinking, change the world.

Byron Katie

The Work of Byron Katie

The Work is a process that involves identifying and questioning the beliefs or thoughts that are causing stress in your life. By asking four questions and finding turnarounds you find a way of experiencing the opposite of what you believe. The Work is not a teaching; it is inquiry and an invitation to find for yourself what is true for you. It is a way to find joy, freedom and peace now, regardless of age, job, body, health, wealth, relationship or children. Anyone can do The Work. It is simple, radical and can be life-changing for those whose minds are open to it. There is more information about The Work of Byron Katie at www.thework.com, where you can watch videos of Byron Katie herself, download materials and discover more about the work.

Teleseminars

Join Kathy on a teleseminar where she offers a one hour session to Do The Work! These are free to join and offered every month. Teleseminars will give you an opportunity to practice and experience The Work in a very dynamic interactive way. After the first hour of doing The Work, Kathy will stay on for a Question and Answer session for anyone new to The Work. A Teleseminar is a group phone call. All you need for these is a cheap way to call a number in the USA (google cheap calls to the USA or use skype credit). It is highly recommended if you wish to attend one of Kathy’s workshops of The Work of Byron Katie at Findhorn that you experience one of these teleseminars beforehand. To register simply click on the date you wish to attend.

She says of The Work:

Before I had The Work I suffered a lot from the way I thought. I was often unkind to myself and to others in my thinking. I had tried many methods without much success, and then The Work came along. Finally there seemed a way out of the suffering. The Work has given me peace in many areas of my life; peace after much suffering and grief following the stillbirth of my first baby, peace in my relationship with my mother after years of struggling with wanting her to be different, and peace in the daily challenges of a busy community and family life at Findhorn as a working mother with a husband and two young children. Iwork with clients regularly who bring all kinds of different issues and beliefs to be worked on, including divorce, separation, difficulties with children, problems at work, ill health, insomnia, low self esteem, anxiety and panic attacks, bereavement and many other issues. I have not yet come across any situation where The Work is not of help to anyone who has an open mind and is willing to discover the truth beyond their story.

Private Sessions

Many people find that having a private individual session can really help them understand The Work better to be able to do it on their own, and some people like to have ongoing sessions on a regular basis. If you are interested in having a private session or a series of sessions please contact Kathy who will send you an information letter about session prices. There is no charge for the first 30 minutes of an introductory appointment. Sessions are either in person, by phone or skype.
