The Work of Byron Katie® at The Findhorn Foundation with Kathy White - Certified Facilitator of The Work

"Question your thinking, change the world" Byron Katie
The Work is a process that involves identifying and questioning the beliefs or thoughts that are causing stress in your life. By asking four questions and finding turnarounds, you find a way of experiencing the opposite of what you believe.
The Work is not a teaching; it is an invitation to find for yourself what is true for you. It is a way to find joy, freedom and peace now, regardless of age, job, body, health, wealth, relationship or children. Anyone can do The Work. It is simple, radical and can be life-changing for those whose minds are open to it.
There is more information about The Work of Byron Katie at www.thework.com, where you can watch videos of Byron Katie herself, download materials and find out how to use The Work helpline - a free service that anyone can call to be facilitated by a qualified facilitator.

She is a fully qualified Art Psychotherapist, registered with the Health Professions Council UK. She often combines The Work with art in her job.
She says of The Work: "Before I had The Work I suffered a lot from the way I thought. I was often unkind to myself and to others in my thinking. I had tried many methods without much success, and then The Work came along. Finally there seemed a way out of the suffering. The Work has given me peace in many areas of my life; peace after much suffering and grief following the stillbirth of my first baby, peace in my relationship with my mother after years of struggling with wanting her to be different, and peace in the daily challenges of a busy community and family life at Findhorn as a working mother with a husband and two young children."
