The Findhorn Foundation's origins are in the community established in 1962 by Peter and Eileen Caddy and Dorothy Maclean in a caravan park near the seaside village of Findhorn, Morayshire, in northeast Scotland. They did not intend to start a community here, but were brought together as part of their individual commitment to follow God's will. Each of the founders had followed a disciplined spiritual path for a number of years before continuing their work together at Findhorn. (more...).
