Help our beloved Original Garden flourish!

The Main Sanctuary, Original Caravan and Original Garden hold the heritage of our connection with divinity and are a symbol of our spiritual community and the heart of our co-creation with nature. Following the success of the Sanctuary roof appeal, we are now dreaming into the next stage - the development of our beloved Original Garden.

The Park Garden Team have been attuning to the Landscape Angel, the devas and the deer; they have consulted with fencing experts, community members and one another and have done some good hard work in creating a plan to honour the seed space of our Findhorn community.

Deer Free Garden: To be able to continuously grow our organic vegetables in this lovely space we need to keep out the deer, who love to nibble the young shoots before they mature fully into vegetables we can harvest. So we intend to create beautiful handcrafted fences and four beautifully designed gates made by local craftspeople in all the visible spaces. We can then remove the existing fences around the small areas in the garden, opening and freeing the space and allowing easier access to the growing areas.

Living Water Flow-form: Our vision is to have a water feature in the corner of the lawn to bring the quality of living water into the garden. Living Water Flow-forms emulate the swirls and vortices of a mountain stream, enabling water to reoxygenate, revitalise and rejuvenate, bringing it back to its more natural state.

Gazebo: We also envisaged a Gazebo, which would allow everyone to be in the Original Garden in all weather, to meditate or simply enjoy and be in the space.

Happily we have already manifested this and it is in place.
