To make an ongoing donation to the Foundation via your bank in the UK, you can set up a standing order. To set up a standing order, just follow these instructions:
1. Print out our standing order donation form
2. Specify the amount you wish to donate
3. Specify how often you wish the donation to be made
e.g. monthly, quarterly or annually
4. Specify how long you want the donations to continue for
e.g. until a specific date or until you cancel it
5. Fill in your bank details – account number, sort code and address
6. Sign and date the form
7. Send the completed form to us:
