Spiral Dynamics explores the core intelligences and deep values that flow beneath what we believe and do. The result is a dynamic model of emergent thinking systems - how values arise and spread; why people make decisions in different ways; what to do with those differences to create positive energy; and most importantly why we change, and what is the dynamic of the change process.

Emerging from the original work of Dr Clare Graves' bio-psycho-social systems perspective, Spiral Dynamics Integral was later more fully developed by the work of Dr Don Beck and Christopher Cowan, including the publication of the book Spiral Dynamics (1996). The work continues to evolve through the contribution of a growing network of seasoned master practitioners of SDi.

This body of knowledge and wisdom is crucial in understanding how we think about and respond to the increasing intricacy of life in all contexts. The framework offers a fresh, powerful, and holographic approach to problem solving, change, and transformation.

This special 5-day workshop is specially designed for Findhorn, with a Saturday to Wednesday format. Participants will receive a level 1 and Level 2 certification in Spiral Dynamics Integral.

Christopher Cooke is a master practitioner of SDi and a senior member of the Spiral Dynamics Group in Texas, who is one of the only active practitioners to have been certified, trained, and worked with Cowan and Beck. Through the organisation he created, 5 Deep Integral, he is an innovator of Social and Organizational Architecture, and his background as a water engineer has allowed him to pioneer the application of the knowledge and wisdom in SDi and Integral theory.
