Developed originally from the larger Frameworks for Change simulation (the organisational version of The Transformation Game®), this unique stand-alone coaching tool is available to coaches, consultants and trainers for use with clients in the workplace, either individually or in small groups.

The FCP is a simple and valuable method for creatively interacting with, and transforming, challenging or innovative situations in the work place.

Games are facilitated by the Game Group

Transformation Game programmes do not require previous participation in Experience Week, although it is strongly encouraged.

A reasonable working knowledge of English is required for all Transformation Game Workshops.
