Loving What Is - An Introduction to The Work of Byron Katie®
This programme is not currently scheduled.
Kathy White & Mie Roche-Nishimori
The Work of Byron Katie is a simple yet powerful process of inquiry that teaches you to identify and question thoughts that cause all the suffering in the world. It has been described by Eckhart Tolle as 'a great blessing for our Planet'. People who do The Work as an ongoing practice report life-changing results.
This workshop will give you a solid introduction to this process and enable you to practice and take it into your life. Come with an open mind, and with kindness discover how that beyond our story of reality we can truly love what is; even the most dire situation can be experienced with freedom and joy.
Income related price (click here for more information): £295 / £395 / £495
Includes 3 nights accommodation and all meals.
Within a month of participating in this workshop you will also be invited to have a free follow-on teleclass of one hour with all the other participants to practice and experience The Work again. Details of this are sent to you in an email after the workshop has ended.
