Esalen® Massage is a unique form of bodywork developed at the Esalen Institute in California that creates an experience of deep relaxation, supporting the natural ability of body and mind to self-heal.

This workshop provides participants with an overview of basic Esalen® Massage techniques, enabling them to give a full body massage upon completion of the course. This is complemented by meditation, yoga, and other movement disciplines to experience in our own bodies the qualities of awareness and flowing presence central to this method. This aspect of self-exploration transforms the Esalen technique into a true healing art.
