In her latest book, Defy Gravity, Caroline Myss describes the creative forces contained within your soul. In this event we move beyond the illusion of intellectual authority and discover our deeper power centre from which flows the real controlling intuitive responses that govern our ordinary life choices, our health and quality of life.

We are often unaware of our shadow passions or the potential power of our graces. This workshop introduces you to the cosmic nature of the graces that we carry within us and their mystical capacity to heal and to assist you in recognising truth from illusion. If there ever was a time for us to know this, it is now!

More than just knowing these graces and our shadows, you need to know how they work their way through you. If you ever wonder 'What made me do that?' or 'Where am I going to get the strength to endure?', these power centres hold the answers.

This workshop is about coming to know yourself more deeply than you probably ever have. And it’s about how you live your day to day life after you realise that, in fact, you are blessed with an abundance of grace that you can bring into every choice you make - or not. It challenges you to look at the choices you’re making each day and ask yourself: 'If I’m not using grace, what am I using?'
