Judy McAllister & Faculty
Saturday 25th September, 2010 (7 days)
In a world of spiralling levels of stress and distress the ability to respond rather than react is a valuable personal attribute. In order to respond we need to be in present time, witnessing our behaviour and making choices about what to do. Freeing up our ability to make choices requires that we examine and release the habitual and often unconscious patterns of behaviour we have used thus far in life. In so doing we make space to make different choices in our lives, to establish new behaviours and thus open a new realm of experience in the classroom called life. Easy in theory, often more challenging in practise.
All you need bring with you is a willingness to explore who you are, how you got to be that way and how to become more of who you want to be.
