Biodanza - The Dance of Life

Georgete Gadas & Sue Miles

Saturday 25th July, 2009

Have you ever wondered how would it feel to be at ease in your body, trusting its wisdom and feeling free to enjoy yourself as a sensuous being, open to the miracle of life?

Biodanza is a powerful system that invites us to reconnect with our own life force and re-awaken to the beauty and pleasure of being alive.

It leads us gradually into deeper contact and permission to live our instinctive passions, and as we learn to become the music and to express the emotions that arise from that experience, we dance our uniqueness – we dance our lives!

Comments from past participants:

I realized that I want to dance every day as part of my spiritual practice.

I learned that the most defended of us softens up with caressing - that all of us crave intimacy and that it's possible to achieve great things within one week of Biodanza.

Biodanza is deeply healing of the body and soul.

Income related price (click here for more information): £495 / £625 / £735

Includes 7 nights accommodation and all meals.

Nadasree Georgete Gadas trained as a Biodanza teacher and has many years of experience with creative movement. She's fiery and authentic, and creates a deep and joyful atmosphere for gentle transformation to take place.
