| | | Biodanza - The Dance of Life
Nadasree Georgete Gadas & Sue Miles
Saturday 28th August, 2010
How would it feel to be at ease in your body, trusting its wisdom and feeling free to enjoy yourself as a sensuous, vibrant being? To re-connect with your life force and reawaken to the beauty and pleasure of being alive, able to move and relate?
Biodanza leads us gradually into deeper contact and permission to believe in the goodness of our instinctive passions and to express the emotions that arise from that experience. Using music and movement to create integrative 'vivências' (the intense lived experience in the moment), this system has a profoundly re-balancing effect on our bodies and psyche. The group becomes the healing matrix where transformation happens, as we open up to each other and allow ourselves to express our feelings and passion more authentically.
During the week we will also have moments of sharing and plenty opportunities to experience the joys of our community life.
