Georgete Gadas assisted by Bettina Jespersen
Saturday 18th October, 2008
Have you ever wondered how it would feel to be at ease in your body, trusting its wisdom and feeling free to enjoy yourself as a sensuous being, open to the miracle of life?
In this week we use Biodanza as a powerful system inviting us to reconnect with our own life force and reawaken to the beauty and pleasure of being alive. It leads gradually into deeper contact with our instinctive passions and the permission to live them.
As we become the music and express emotions that arise from that experience, we dance our uniqueness - we dance our lives!

Comments from past participants:
I realized that I want to dance every day as part of my spiritual practice.
I learned that the most defended of us softens up with caressing - that all of us crave intimacy and that it's possible to achieve great things within one week of Biodanza.
Biodanza is deeply healing of the body and soul.

Cost:
£455 if your income is low
£545 if your income is medium
£635 if your income is high
includes 7 nights accommodation and all meals.
The prices above for medium and high incomes have increased slightly from previously published prices in our printed brochure. We find it necessary to make these changes to help cover the rising costs of providing our programmes. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
Georgete Gadas trained as a Biodanza teacher and has many years of experience with creative movement. She's fiery and authentic, and creates a deep and joyful atmosphere for gentle transformation to take place.
Bettina Jespersen is passionate about movement, dance and bridging cultures, and is an accredited 5 Rhythms teacher .
"They are the most amazing women - powerful, sexy, sensual, nurturing, aware, highly skilled focalisers. Their sense of fun, their committment and love are a joy to all who work with them."
