Change Through Improvisation - A Leadership Training
This programme is not currently scheduled.
This course does not require previous participation in an Experience Week.
Gill Emslie & Lesley Quilty
How does a leader engender an environment that reflects excitement, creativity and connection while adapting to change, staying flexible and keeping perspective?
We will build the capacity to improvise (‘adapt to the unforeseen’) and connect with our instinctive ability to transform in change situations. You can learn skills and expand awareness to successfully lead others through times of change. Our methods are process orientated and participative, and include performance coaching.
