Family constellations is a powerful method to explore personal issues. In a constellation the underlying cause of unpleasant feelings or undesirable behaviour can quickly be revealed.

Family constellations heal you as part of a greater whole, restore the connection you naturally have with your next of kin, give you your place in the natural order and establish balance in giving and taking.

You are invited to work with your personal issues concerning family, partner, self-realisation, uncomfortable feelings, work, house, etc., as well as to be representative for the other participants’ issues as you 'step into their shoes' - a true service to self and others as you both embody and represent their feelings and emotions.

The process is unique for the specific issue and yet at the same time universal.

The work will be done in an atmosphere of warmth and respect. All participants benefit from every constellation.

Mia Macke facilitates family constellations and provides communication training. She has creatively brought yoga, dance, drama and intuitive drawing into her group work, and has broad experience of emotional, intuitive and spiritual work.
