Deepening Awareness - The Work® of Byron Katie

Kathy White & Monica Böni

Saturday 28th May, 2011

This 3-day workshop is for both beginners and those experienced in The Work.

By spending time in meditation, silence and inquiry, you will learn how to apply the four questions and turnarounds of The Work to examine the beliefs that separate you from living life fully. You will undo your concepts of the world and begin to live more in the reality of the living presence of each moment, deepening your awareness to find more aliveness and freedom in your interactions with life itself.

The Work is a radical process that can help you more fully experience reality as it happens.
Discovering a kind and friendly universe is what awaits us on the other side of inquiry.

Income related price (click here for more information): £295 / £395 / £495
Includes 3 nights accommodation and all meals.

To book, please click on the date at the top of the left hand column on this page.

Note: For any participants of this workshop who are also enrolled in The Work certification program, this course counts as 3 days credit.

While the course is open to beginners to The Work of Byron Katie, it is highly recommended that you familiarise yourself with The Work before you come. You may wish to read Loving What is: How Four Questions Can Change Your Life by Byron Katie, or go to www.thework.com and watch some videos of Katie working and / or download information free about The Work. You can also have a free half hour session of The Work with Kathy White or call the free Byron Katie Helpline.

Kathy White is a certified facilitator of The Work® of Byron Katie. She works in the Spiritual and Personal Development department of the Foundation.
